515 Little Canada Road, Little Canada, MN 55117 -1600
(612) 484 -2177 / FAX: (612) 484 -4538
June 8, 1995
TO: Mayor Fahey and Members of the City Council
FROM: Kathy Glanzer, Administrative Assistant
Re: R.L.S. 512, Tract C - Unbuildable Status
MAYOR
Michael I. Fahey
COUNCIL
Beverly Scalze
Jim LaValle
Steve Morelan
Bob Pedersen
ADMRVISIRATOR
Joel R Hanson
As part of the David Wright property division (see plat
attached), the City placed a restrictive covenant on the 30 foot
strip of property abutting Alien Avenue declaring that strip to
be unbuildable. At that time, the City Planner indicated in his
report that should the 30 feet be combined with adjacent
property, the covenant could be lifted.
Mr. Milan Moravetz, 476 Allen Avenue, has purchased this 30 feet
from Mr. Wright. Mr. Moravetz will be combining the strip with
his adjacent lot, and has plans to continue his existing fence
onto the 30 foot area. Therefore, he is requesting that the City
lift the covenant.
If the Council is agreeable, the City Attorney should be
instructed to prepare the necessary document to remove the
unbuildable status of Tract C, R.L.S. 512.
Page 1
