to award employees who catch underage drinkers, and a penalty <br />program is established to punish employees in the event of a failed <br />compliance check. <br />Please note that none of the City's three Off -Sale Liquor License Molders have taken <br />advantage of the $100 discount. <br />Other liquor license fees are as below and staff is recommending no increases in these <br />fees for 2014: <br />2 a.m. Liquor License 1/2 of the State License Fee <br />On -Sale 3.2 Intoxicating Malt Liquor $150 <br />Off -Sale 3.2 Intoxicating Malt Liquor $150 <br />State Statutes require that a Public Hearing be held to consider increases in liquor license <br />fees. If Council wishes to consider the increase outlined above, staff is recommending <br />the Council call a Public Hearing for its April 23rd meeting. <br />
