MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APRIL 10, 2014 <br />AMENDMENT <br />TO PUI) -. <br />PALLET <br />SERVICES <br />METROPOLITAN <br />COUNCIL <br />POPULATION <br />ESTIMATES <br />ADJOURN <br />Duray recommended approval of the Conditional Use Permit allowing the <br />construction and operation of a cell tower by Verizon Wireless at 53 South <br />Owasso Blvd. subject to compliance with the recommendations of the City <br />Planner as outlined in his April 4, 2014 report. <br />Motion seconded by Murphy. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />The City Planner reported that Pallet Services has requested that <br />consideration of their application for Amendment to existing PUD <br />Permit at 3213 Country Drive for permanent outdoor storage of <br />construction materials be tabled until the June 12, 2014 Planning <br />Commission meeting. <br />Fischer tabled action on the Amendment to existing PUD Permit for <br />permanent outdoor storage of construction materials for Pallet Services, <br />3213 Country Drive, until the June 12, 2014. <br />Motion seconded by Maleitzke. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />The City Planner reported that his office has submitted a written <br />objection to the Metropolitan Council's 2040 population estimates on <br />behalf of the City.
