Davis <br />Engineer: Steve Colin <br />Contractor: TBD <br />Construction Type: V -B <br />The code items listed in this report are not intended to be a complete listing of all possible code requirements and do not relieve <br />the contractor from the responsibility of complying with all applicable State and Local codes and ordinances. <br />I . The licensed contractor must submit two (2) copies of construction documents or plans signed by an architect or <br />engineer currently licensed by the State of Minnesota with a completed building permit application prior to <br />construction. <br />2. Site design drawings must indicate soil bearing details for the tower and the accessory equipment shelter including <br />allowable soil bearing pressure. Drawings must also include wind and ice calculations on the tower. <br />3. The proposed tower shall be reviewed and certified by a licensed professional engineer for setbacks specific to the <br />"fall zone" per Little Canada Ordinance 903.140. C <br />4. The precast equipment shelter, tower, and electrical work roust meet the minimum standards in the current edition of <br />the Minnesota State Building Code. <br />5. Per the City of Little Canada Zoning ordinance number 903.020. P. 8. b. (1) Security fences, fences used to secure a <br />particular area may have arms strung with barbed wire however the arms must face inward toward the enclosure. <br />6. On the equipment shelter lighting shall be limited to only that which is needed for security purposes and shall be <br />diffused or directed away from all property lines and public right -of -way and the direct source of light shall not be <br />visible from any abutting property or the public right -of -way.
