Joel Hanson <br />From: Dave McKenzie <dmckenzie @sehinc.com> <br />Sent: Tuesday, May 06, 2014 11:24 AM <br />To: Joel Hanson <br />Subject: RE: RR Quiet Zone report draft <br />Joel, <br />The next steps are: <br />- Develop preliminary plans for improvements at each crossing; <br />- Decide if there will be multiple quiet zone phases and which crossings will be included; <br />- Meet with local businesses and property owners to discuss access changes <br />- Prepare a 60 day Notice of Intent and send to the Railroads, County and MnDOT for their comments; <br />- Request cost estimates from the CP for the necessary signal improvements; <br />- Prepare final construction plans for roadway changes; <br />- Enter into agreements with CP for signal work.
