Boss felt that planning needed to commence for these replacements. <br />Leibel noted that there is not enough money being budgeted for these <br />replacements. The City Administrator noted that the City could bond for <br />this expense. Smiley suggested that these meetings resume in within the <br />next month or two, and again the Administrator asked for a list of dates. <br />Tim Boss asked about lighting the Fire Fighters Trail. The Administrator <br />indicated that the lighting of trails poses a safety concern as it encourages <br />the night time use of a trail. Shelly Boss stated that providing lighting <br />along a trail may result in a false sense of security.
