This plant will on be used to create concrete for the Mndot MNPASS Project <br />SP6280-367. Once processed through the plant the wet concrete batch will <br />be place and trucks and moved of site to the project. <br />Proposed Haul roads are. Owasso Blvd E to County Dr, to Little Canada Rd. <br />We have been notified that Frattalone construction pays a royalty of $0.15/ton of recycle to use these streets. We are <br />willing to also pay the $0.15/ton on all for the concrete batch that leaves the site.
