\.RCI 1:( 'TS <br />GENERAL BUILDING TASKS/ NOTES <br />• Paint all walls*, ceilings, soffits, door frames, and metal doors- that are currently blue. This work <br />includes minor patching/repair of gypsum board walls. *Corridor 114 will receive a wallcovering in lieu <br />of paint. Minor patching/repair /prep of the existing walls will be required. <br />• Porcelain floor tile and carpet tiles will be the same throughout the building (example: selected <br />porcelain floor tile in Lobby/Waiting area will also be utilized in the Kitchen) for the sake of simplicity <br />and a cohesiveness. <br />• Upgrading existing furnaces and associated condensing units (7 total) with new high efficiency furnaces <br />and condensing units. Disconnect and reinstall all electrical connections to Furnaces and Condensing <br />Units being replaced. <br />• Provide new Electrical raceway mounted at 12" on east wall of Cable TV room. Raceway will be <br />provided with duplex receptacles mounted 12" on center and served with (5) dedicated 20A, 120V <br />circuits. <br />• Provide electrical connections to new split -unit AC unit serving cable TV Room. <br />• Replacing existing electric instantaneous water heaters serving toilet room lavatories and lounge sink <br />with new electric 6 -gallon storage tank water heater. Provide electrical connection to new tank type <br />heater. <br />• Remove electrical connection to (3) Instantaneous electric water heaters (Men's Restroom, Women's <br />Restroom, and Lounge) <br />• Providing a ductless wall mounted mini -split air conditioner to serve Cable TV Room 108 to address the <br />anticipated additional heat load from data equipment upgrades <br />June 11th, 2014 <br />1 <br />
