EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br />VooDoo Live, (hereinafter "Business") is intended to be formed as a Minnesota LLC located at <br />2749 East Little Canada Road, Little Canada, Minnesota 55117, poised for rapid growth in the <br />Food, entertainment industry. The Business seeks funding to take advantage of a window of <br />opportunity for introducing a new Dining and live entertainment service, which has the potential to <br />dominate the market. <br />Mission Statement. Voodoo Live will be a New Orleans style restaurant/live music venue <br />offering quality cajun food as well as live entertainment <br />Business Description. The Business is to be organized as a LLC formed and authorized under <br />the laws of the state of Minnesota, and will be led by Chris Gnetz, who will serve as the Business' <br />Owner. <br />Chris has been an extremely successful businessman having owned and operated Superior Satellite <br />for the last 10 years. He has been responsible for Dish Network sales for not only Minnesota, but <br />also all of Arizona and Maine. He worked at The Rock Bar and Grill in the late 90's and loved the <br />atmosphere of the bar and live music. He is responsible for leading not only his company but also <br />the 100's of employees through out Mn, AZ and ME.. <br />Key Non -Management Personnel. Mike Miranowski--General Manager <br />New Service. The Business has developed a Dining and live entertainment service which has the <br />following specifications: <br />VooDoo live will open daily serving cajun style New Orleans food. Cajun wings,' Po Boy' <br />sandwiches, shrimp gumbo while offering its patrons a sports bar atmosphere to enjoy sporting <br />events while enjoying some of the southern inspired cocktails. We also plan on having live <br />entertainment although this might be for a maximum of 100 nights a year <br />The Business has a window of opportunity to introduce its services and gain a significant piece of <br />the market share. <br />Funding Request.
