MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />JULY 9, 2014 <br />RICE STREET/ <br />COUNTRY <br />DRIVE <br />INTERSECTION <br />ADJOURN <br />The City Administrator indicated that the license fee that would be <br />established in the new Agreement would be $.15 per ton of material <br />processed. 1 -le then noted that the next steps would be to put the <br />Agreement in final form and for Mr. Frattalone to apply for an extension <br />of the Interim Use Permit. That application could be reviewed in the <br />August planning cycle. <br />Mr. Frattalone thanked the Council for their consideration in working with <br />him on this issue. <br />Frank Frattalone pointed out the need for a turn lane at the Rice Street/ <br />Country Drive intersection. Frank and Tony Frattalone explained the <br />deficiencies of this intersection. Tony Frattalone indicated that a quick <br />fix would be to move an Xcel Energy pole at the intersection. <br />The City Administrator indicated that it may be necessary to move up the <br />improvement of Country Drive, and indicated that he would work with the <br />Public Works Superintendent and City Engineer on this issue.
