The City Administrator noted that the City has considerable <br />discretion in determining what is appropriate in a PUD District. <br />Montour indicated that his concern is that the City Council just received <br />this information and did not have the benefit of input at the Planning <br />Commission meeting as the applicant was not present. Montour indicated <br />that if the applicant was agreeable to granting an extension to the 60 -Day <br />Rule, he felt the matter should be tabled until the next meeting to give the <br />Council additional time to consider this matter. McManus stated that he <br />was agreeable to granting an extension to the 60 -Day limit and suggested <br />that he present additional information on his proposal prior to the next <br />Council meeting. McGraw asked for building dimensions and Keis <br />suggested submission of pictures of similar projects Thomas Homes has in <br />other cities. Boss asked for some sample floor plans similar to what is <br />being proposed. <br />Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-7-138 — TABLING ACTION AND <br />CONTINUING THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PUD PERMIT <br />REQUEST BY THOMAS HOMES FOR PROPERTY AT 56 LITTLE <br />CANADA ROAD EAST UNTIL THE AUGUST 13, 2014 REGULAR <br />COUNCIL MEETING. <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Boss. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />AMEND PUD Montour noted that Pallet Services has withdrawn their request to Amend <br />PERMIT — the Planned Unit Development (PUD) Permit for permanent outdoor <br />3213 storage of construction materials on their property at 3213 Country Drive. <br />COUNTRY the Planner indicated that City staff will follow up with Pallet Services to <br />DRIVE — ensure compliance with their approved PUD Permit. <br />PALLET <br />SERVICES <br />CONSENT <br />AGENDA <br />Boss introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-7-139 - APPROVING THE CONSENT <br />AGENDA WHICH CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING: <br />*APPROVING THE VOUCHERS; <br />10 <br />
