A garbage access drive with <br />surmountable curb and gutter will be provided to the enclosure from Viking Drive. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The proposed medical building is generally consistent with the City's architectural <br />guidelines. As such, our office recommends approval of the architectural review permit <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The source of the exterior lights be hooded and controlled so as not to illuminate <br />the adjacent right-of-way. <br />2. The design of the waste enclosure must conform with the appearance of the <br />principal structure. <br />3. The applicant provide revised landscaping plans illustrating that trees have been <br />provided along the parcels boundary with Rice Street. <br />4. The City Engineer provides comment and recommendation in regard to grading, <br />drainage or utility issues. <br />5. Comments of other City Staff. <br />3 <br />
