Hanson <br />A new resolution and other fixed-rate paperwork is needed since PMA is now the fixed-rate provider <br />of the 4M fund. The current resolution on file names RBC as the fixed-rate provider and banks will not <br />accept that when placing deposits. Staff is recommending approval. <br />
