As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,008,017.09. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $50,400.85 and previous payments of $912,682.77, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $44,933.47. <br />The payment is for work completed on the sidewalk that was added to the Contract from <br />the Church property to the Interstate and for sod installation on a majority of the project. <br />We have inspected the work performed by FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. and find it to be <br />in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. Therefore we <br />would recommend approval of Partial Pay Estimate No. 7 in the amount of $44,933.47. <br />At this time the Contractor is waiting on final signal modification plans from the County <br />before they can complete the work associated with left turn lane addition on the bridge. <br />The final milling and wear course pavement on the street will be delayed until after the <br />signal system modifications have been made.
