MINUTES
CITY COUNCIL
AUGUST 13, 2014
CONSENT
AGENDA
McKenzie then reviewed the projected schedule which proposed the
establishment of the Quiet Zone in the Fall of 2015.
Montour asked if the updated Quiet Zone Study is on the City's web site.
The City Administrator indicated that the study is not yet in final form,
and will be put on the web site once it is.
McKenzie noted that the Notice of Intent for Quiet Zone will be filed even
though a final decision has not been made on SSMs. The Administrator
indicated that ideally no medians would be installed at the railroad
crossings especially considering we are short of full funding.
