Hanson
As part of the Pinetree Pond development review, there was discussion about site lines along
LaBore Road in the area of the curve and the possible need for relocation of landscaping as well
as a real estate sign, and the installation of chevron signs (see minutes attached). The Pinetree
Pond landscaping and the real estate sign have been relocated to open up sight lines in this area.
At this point in time the City has had no complaints or concerns expressed relative to the sight
lines. "Therefore, staff is not recommending that chevron warning signs be installed at this time.
The situation will continue to be monitored, and if additional improvements appear to be
required, a recommendation will be brought to the Council for consideration.
