As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is ASTECH Corp. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $138,338.25. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $6,916.91, the amount due the Contractor is $131,421.34. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for removals and watermain installation on Schletty <br />Drive, along with removals and construction of the Memorial Site Parking Bay on Little <br />Canada Road. We have inspected the work performed by ASTECH Corp. and find it to <br />be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
