121 East County Road C
Llttle Canada, MN 55117
651.483.6600 www.allpoolside.com
July 21, 2014
To: City of Little Canada
Re: Outdoor storage and display area
Location: 121 East County Road C
Little Canada, MN
Outdoor Storage
We are requesting a permit for screened outdoor storage. Our storage will be
confined to screened areas behind 6' privacy fence. Storage will not exceed 6' in
height. Storage to consist of excess new and used hot tubs and palletized
building materials.
The bulk of this storage comes from mid April to late June as 70% of our business
is done in that time frame. It is still cost prohibitive for us to rent and transport
materials to another site. We are closer to our ultimate goal of expanding
warehouse space on site or relocating the business.
We acknowledge that recently we have had a surge of business that some items
were outside the designated areas. Our plan for compliance is to create a
designated area for pallets, spas and building materials that will be transferred
off site when exceeded. We are open to any additional screening
recommendations.
Outdoor Display Area
We are requesting the renewal of our outdoor display area.
Display items include:
• In -ground pool with patio, hot tub and barbeque displays
• Gazebo area
• Above ground pool area
These displays will be confined to the fenced in area as shown on the plan. This
will be an attractive, well maintained area. Our plan for compliance is to create a
designated area for pallets that will be transferred off site when exceeded.
2
