To protect fish spawning activities, the State may prohibit work in the public water or within a specified distance <br />of the public water during the spawning season. <br />20. The Licensee shall contact the State I0 days prior to installation and within 10 days following completion of <br />licensed work. The Licensee may be required to submit the "as built" location of the utility after construction. <br />21. This license is subject to the SPECIAL PROVISIONS attached hereto (if none, state none).
