43. Titles and Headings. The titles, headings, and captions used in the Agreement are used for <br />convenience only and are not to be considered in construing or interpreting the Agreement. All <br />references in the Agreement to parts, sections, paragraphs, subparagraphs, and exhibits, if any, will, <br />unless otherwise provided, refer to parts, sections, paragraphs, and subparagraphs of the Agreement and <br />the exhibits incorporated therein by reference. <br />44. Retailer Signature. The Agreement must be signed and accepted by an authorized <br />representative of Retailer. <br />45. Counterparts; Execution.
