It is generically written into <br />our spec with the following language "... Provide approximately 22% open space. System <br />shall be comparable to "Screengard" by Cornell Ironworks" and a list of acceptable manufacturers is given. (It's section <br />08 33 00 for your reference). <br />In regards to the lighting, the hallway sconces are written in as a $350 per fixture allowance. The engineer attached an <br />example of a fixture that he had in mind. The fixtures for the Council Chambers are the specific ones Vanessa had asked <br />for. <br />The finish board for the City Hall remodel project will reach you tomorrow. I believe Dick from James Steele has already <br />received quotes for the millwork.
