The firms submitting a <br />proposal were: <br />ABDO Fick & Meyers, LLP <br />CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP <br />Kern, Dewenter, Viere, LTD (KDV) <br />Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A. (MMKR) <br />Redpath and Company, LTD (formerly Tautges Redpath, LTD) <br />Smith Schafer & Associates <br />We requested a three year contract with an optional two year extension. Attached is a brief <br />summary of the proposals. <br />The staff reviewed and analyzed all of the proposals. References for CliftonLarsonAllen <br />were contacted and an interview of the proposed audit team was conducted. Staff feels <br />that the firm is qualified to provide audit services to the city. It is staffs recommendation <br />that the city hire CliftonLarsonAllen, LLP as its auditor for 2014-2016 with an additional <br />two year option. <br />
