As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,212,983.40. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $60,649.17 and previous payments of $957,616.24, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $194,717.99. <br />The payment is for paving of the final bituminous wear on the entire project and striping. <br />We have inspected the work performed by FPI Paving Contractors, Inc. and find it to be <br />in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
