As you are aware, the Contractor for <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on <br />is the first and only payment for the project so <br />Contractor. <br />WI F.RIHG 6- ,ASSOCIATES <br />Estimate No. 1 for the above -referenced <br />the project is Remackel Outdoor Services. <br />this final pay estimate is $22,748.60. This <br />the full amount of $22,748.60 is due to the <br />AU( Hoare <br />The original quote for the work was $16,904.00. However, we asked the Contractor to <br />perform the front entrance work on a Saturday; which incurred overtime pay. Even with <br />this accommodation someone walked over the fresh concrete after the Contractor left <br />and it had to be replaced. We also asked the Contractor to pour a colored pedestrian <br />ramp at the Veterans Memorial park. All work performed by Remackel Outdoor Services <br />is in compliance with the plans and contract documents.
