EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 12, 2014 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br />the 12th day of November 12, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014 -11 - <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE CLOSING <br />DOCUMENTS FOR 3046 LABORE ROAD ON BEHALF <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City of Little Canada has entered into a purchase agreement for the sale of 3046 LaBore <br />Road; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA hereby authorizes Joel Hanson, City Administrator for the City of Little Canada to <br />execute closing documents for 3046 LaBore Road on behalf of the City of Little Canada. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon vote <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />And the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this 12th day of <br />November, 2014. <br />12 <br />
