EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 24, 2014 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Little Canada met <br />in regular session at the City Center on Monday, November 24, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />The following members were absent: <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2014-11- <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL <br />FOR UNPAID UTILITY ACCOUNTS <br />COUNTY NO. 53150039 <br />TERM — ONE YEAR <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and heard <br />on unpaid utility accounts that have been proposed to be assessed to property taxes for <br />the year payable 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council has reviewed the assessment roll for unpaid utility accounts and <br />finds it to be in order and declares that these unpaid balances shall be certified to property <br />taxes payable in 2015. <br />2. The City Administrator shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the County. <br />Such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal <br />taxes. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council <br />Member and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />and the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared and duly passed and adopted. <br />
