CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TAX FORFEIT REPURCHASE APPLICATION FOR <br />2801 COUNTRY DRIVE, LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County forwarded a tax forfeiture repurchase application file by TCF <br />Bank for 2801 Country Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, The City agrees that not allowing the repurchase application would have <br />onerous consequences for TCF Bank due to the mortgages they hold on this property, and <br />Now Therefore, Be it RESOLVED, That the City of Little Canada hereby approves the tax <br />forfeiture repurchase application filed by TCF Bank for 2801 Country Drive. <br />Adopted this 15th day of December, 2014. <br />By: <br />Rick Montour, Acting Mayor <br />By: <br />Joel R.
