EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 15, 2014 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center <br />of said City on the 15th day of December, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour; <br />and the following members were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2015 TAX LEVY <br />FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />AS PRESENTED BY CITY STAFF <br />WHEREAS, <br />The 2015 tax levy is as follows: <br />GROSS TAX LEVY <br />General Fund $2,593,856 <br />Fire Equipment Fund $127,295 <br />Infrastructure Fund $157,200 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />$2,878,351 <br />The Council is required to certify a tax levy to the County Auditor by December 31, <br />2014; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Little Canada, <br />Minnesota that the Council hereby approves the 2014 tax levy in the amount of <br />$2,878,351. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and <br />upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this <br />14th day of December, 2014. <br />3 <br />
