WHEREAS, <br />City staff presented to the Council the proposed bonded indebtedness tax levy reductions <br />for 2015: <br />Bonded Debt: <br />00 2014 A $184,537.50 <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />GO 2014A <br />Proposed Levy $184,537.50 <br />Reduced -184,537.50 <br />Amended Levy $0.00 <br />'There is hereby irrevocably appropriated the sum of $184,537.50 which shall be credited <br />to the debt service funds of the 00 2014A, and the County Auditor is hereby authorized <br />and instructed to reduce the amount mentioned above that tax which would he included in <br />the roll for the year 2014 collectable 2015. <br />AND WHEREAS. <br />The "Certification of Payable 2014 Debt Levy" is made part of this resolution. <br />BE IT FURTHER APPROVED: <br />A. That the amount of taxes voted for the year ending 2015 to be raised <br />in Little Canada is $2,878,351. <br />Tax Levy $2,878,351 <br />13. That the 280 Form is hereby approved as submitted. <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour <br />and the following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Council this <br />15th day of December, 2014. <br />5 <br />
