Hanson <br />Attached is Change Order 41 for the Public Works building. This change order relates to the <br />electrical contractor and consists of the following: <br />• Provide Wall Mount versus Pad Mount Control Terminal — Deduct $2,400 <br />• Delete hand dryers in locker rooms — Deduct $1,500 <br />• Provide underground conduit for Xcel service — Add $2,875 <br />The net effect of these changes is a reduction of $1,025 in the contract amount. <br />Staff recommends approval as presented. <br />
