MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 10, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 10th day of <br />January, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Adminish•ator <br />City Attorney <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Mr. Thomas Sweeney <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />OATH OF The City Attorney administered the Oath of Office to William <br />OFFICE Blesener as Mayor of the City of Little Canada and to John Keis as <br />Council Member of the City of Little Canada. Both Mayor Blesener and <br />Council Member Keis thanked the voters for their support and indicated <br />that they will do their best to move the City forward. <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-I-1-APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE DECEMBER 20, 2006 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE DECEMBER 20, 2006 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />CERTIFICATE Mayor Blesener presented a Certificate of Appointment to Jeff Helmeke <br />OF Planning Commission. Blesener congratulated Helmeke on his <br />APPOINTMENT appointment and thanked him for his willingness to serve. <br />
