BUILDING SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />MN Services hereby agrees to perform the contract cleaning services as set forth in a good and <br />workmanlike manner. <br />MN Services further agrees to furnish all labor and materials necessary to perform the services set <br />forth in the specifications, except the furnishing of lavatory supplies such as hand soap, towels, <br />toilet tissue, sanitary napkins or deodorants, unless items of this type are specifically included in the <br />aforementioned specifications. <br />MN Services represents that its employees are covered by public liability insurance, property <br />damage insurance, workers compensation insurance and a fidelity bond. Insurance certificates will <br />be provided upon request. <br />The terms of this agreement shall remain in force and effect subject to the right of termination by <br />either party with a ninety (90) day written notice from the first of any month. The 90 -day period <br />shall run from the time the terminating party mails a termination notice to coincide from the last <br />day of any given month. <br />MN Services agrees to the services set forth in the specifications, at the times and for the <br />consideration as set forth below. <br />The Customer agrees not to hire any of MN Services, Inc. personnel to work for them in any capacity <br />for a period of one year after termination of this contract, unless written approval is given by MN <br />Services. <br />Services to be performed as specified in the Schedule of Maintenance that accompanies this <br />agreement. <br />MN Services, Inc. <br />11301 West 47th Street <br />Minnetonka, MN 55343 <br />952-988-8567 <br />952-217-9360 <br />Contract Price: $614.25 Per Month (See attached Pricing Sheet) <br />Services to commence at Client's Request. <br />Dated this 18th day of December 2014 <br />By: <br />MN Services, Inc. <br />By: <br />City of Little Canada, MN <br />3 <br />
