As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is R.L. Larson, Inc. The total <br />amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $287,464.01. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $14,373.20, the amount due the Contractor is $273,090.81. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the installation of the new station structure, <br />transfer of the existing station equipment, installation of a new air release structure and <br />forcemain. The City has taken over operation of the new station at this time and the only <br />work remaining is boulevard restoration, driveway paving, and minor punchlist items <br />which will be completed in the spring once weather and working conditions allow. We <br />have inspected the work performed by R.L. Larson and find it to be in compliance with <br />the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
