The cost of the service installation to the Parish House was $3,559.00 as outlined on <br />Schedule 3,0 of the attached Q3 invoice. While the amount is more than the value of the <br />land we anticipate needing, the Church has been very accommodating to the City <br />request and has not required an appraisal of the land, which would likely cost $950.00 or <br />more.
