WELCOME <br />TO NEW <br />MEMBERS <br />APPOINTMENT <br />OF VICE <br />CHAIR <br />MINUTES <br />PUD PERMIT <br />ARCHITEC- <br />TURAL <br />REVIEW — <br />61 LITTLE <br />CANADA ROAD - <br />SAXON LANES <br />MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 8, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Planning <br />Commission of Little Canada, Minnesota was held on the 8th day of <br />January, 2015 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Chair Steve Ledin called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the Planning Commission were present at roll call: <br />PLANNING COMMISSION: Mr. Steve Ledin <br />Mr. Bill Buesing <br />Mr. Al Davison <br />Mr. Tom Duray <br />Mr. Jeff Heikke <br />Ms. Heidi Murphy <br />ABSENT: Mr. Nick Schwalbach <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Mr. Steve Grittman, City Planner <br />Mr. Kevin Helander, Cable TV <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />On behalf of the Commission, Steve Ledin welcomed Bill Buesing, <br />Al Davison, and Jeff Heikke to the Planning Commission. <br />Murphy nominated Tom Duray for Vice Chair of the Commission for <br />2015. There being no other nominations, Duray was unanimously <br />appointed. <br />The December 11, 2014 Planning Commission meeting minutes were <br />approved as submitted. <br />Ledin opened the public review relative to the application of Saxon Lanes <br />for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) Permit to allow signage on a <br />single tenant commercial building, varying from size, number, and <br />construction/design requirements of the Zoning Ordinance along with an <br />Architectural Review for exterior paint and materials for property at <br />61 Little Canada Road West. <br />The City Planner reviewed his December 30, 2014 report noting that the <br />12 <br />
