Hanson <br />As the Council is aware, an appraisal was ordered to establish a value for 56 East Little Canada <br />Road to assist in negotiations for the possible purchase of this property to add to the City's park <br />land along Round Lake. That appraisal will he available by Wednesday's meeting. Therefore, <br />staff is recommending that the Council call for a closed value to review the appraisal and discuss <br />the feasibility of an offer to purchase this property. <br />
