Hanson <br />I have been in contact with Nicollet Partners regarding the cost to obtain a value estimate for the <br />existing Public Works Garage. Nicollet Partners has done a number of commercial appraisals <br />for us over the years and the City Attorney feels their work is very credible. Based on this <br />conversation, the cost for the value estimate will likely be between $2,000 and $2,500. (This <br />compares for double that amount for a full blown commercial appraisal. <br />The City Attorney was also going to talk with them regarding pricing. Pending the outcome of <br />that conversation, I may have additional quotes to consider at Wednesday's meeting. <br />
