Hanson City staff has been obtaining pricing for furnishings to put the finishing touches on the City Center remodel. Below are the various items and pricing: Roller Shades Window Treatments — Three bids were obtained with the low bid received from Aero Drapery in Little Canada for Hunter Douglas roller shades in the amount of $5,346. This cost includes installation. Lobby Seating — Innovative Office Solutions has submitted pricing for lobby furnishings (State Contract pricing). City staff is recommending the purchase of three (3) chairs (fabric seat and wood back and arms) at a cost of $258.43 each or a total of $775.29. See brochure attached. Kitchen Furnishings and Appliances — Innovative Office Solutions has provided quotes for a kitchen table and chairs (State Contract pricing). The table we are proposing is a 7 -foot Alba Table in the boat shape at a cost of $466.98. Six chairs are requested and are the Motivate Chair, vinyl seat/mesh hack with arms and casters at $252.56 each. Brochures attached. Total for the table and chairs would be $1,982.34. Staff has looked at on-line pricing at Menards for an electric smooth top stove, refrigerator, and microwave oven. Estimated costs total approximately $1,600: stove ($600), refrigerator ($800), microwave ($200). Staff is also proposing the addition of two overhead cabinets about the stove and counter. One of these will be a microwave shelf. Cost of the cabinets and installation is $1,200. Staff is requesting Council authorization to proceed with the above purchases. 6
