MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />APRIL 22, 2015 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 22nd day of <br />April, 2015 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor John Keis called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Tom Fischer <br />Council Member Mr. Mike McGraw <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />Council Member Mr. Christian Torkelson <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />City Attorney Mr. Patrick Kelly <br />City Planner Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin Helander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Montour introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-4-67 — APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE APRIL 8, 2015 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />ARBOR Mayor Keis proclaimed Friday, April 24, 2015 as Arbor Day and May as <br />DAY Arbor Month in Little Canada. Keis reported that an Arbor Day <br />PROCLA- Celebration will be held in Spooner Park on Tuesday, April 281h1, at 1:00 <br />MATION p.m. <br />POLICE Mayor Keis proclaimed May 10 through 16, 2015 as Police Week in the <br />WEEK City of Little Canada and publicly commended law enforcement officers <br />PROCLA- in Little Canada and across the nation for their service. <br />MATION <br />
