Hanson <br />As the City Center remodel project is being finalized, there are a few additional items that need <br />to be added to the project as change orders. The first is for the addition of an outlet for the <br />projector that will be placed in the Council Room and an outlet for the microwave that will. be <br />added above the stove iii the kitchen. The cost of this work is $676. <br />The second change order is for the installation of occupancy sensors in all four bathrooms which <br />will control the lights. The cost of this change order is $750. <br />The third change order is for repair of exit lighting. This cost is $258. <br />At this time the project is well within budgeted amount. City staff requests approval of the <br />change orders as outlined above. <br />
