Hanson <br />At its March 25, 2015 meeting, the Council approved an extension for submission of an <br />application for building permit for the reconstruction of the Russ Fischer building that was a total <br />fire loss back in October of 2014 (see background letter attached), <br />Mr. Fischer has indicated that he is compiling bids for reconstruction of the building and has not <br />obtained all of the pricing at this time. Therefore, he is requesting an extension for application <br />for a building permit to May 31'. City staff is recommending approval of the extension for <br />application of the building permit until that date. Staff is also recommending that the storage <br />pod be allowed to remain in place until May 31". <br />
