6.5. Construction Engineering and Administration Costs <br />6.5.1. The County shall pay the City a construction engineering fee equal to <br />12% of the County's share of the items identified in Exhibit A, which will <br />include costs for materials testing. <br />6.5.2. Construction engineering shall be calculated based on the final contract <br />quantities and unit prices. <br />7. Payment Schedule <br />7.1. Upon completion of the project, the City will invoice the County for design <br />engineering, construction engineering, and construction costs. <br />7.2. The County will make payment to the City no later than February 1, 2017. <br />7.3. If the County does not make the required payment by February 1, 2017, the <br />County will reimburse the City for the costs of issuing temporary bonds to be <br />used to pay the County's share of the Project including all interest payable <br />thereon. <br />8. Maintenance Responsibility for Project Elements <br />8.1. Ownership and Maintenance Responsibility of the Roadway <br />8.1.1. The County shall own and maintain the roadway and associated roadway <br />elements located within the County Right of Way, except as detailed <br />below. <br />8.2. Ownership and Maintenance Responsibility of the Stormsewer System <br />8.2.1. The City shall own and maintain the following components of the <br />stormsewer system: <br />1. Trunk line <br />ii. Trunk line manholes <br />iii. Surface drains located outside of the County road right-of-way and <br />associated leads <br />iv. Trunk line outfalls <br />v. Storm water management pond <br />8.2.2. The County shall own and maintain the following components of the <br />stormsewer system: <br />i. Catch basins <br />ii.
