Hanson <br />Amendment to Joint Cooperation Agreement with Ramsey County Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority related to Community Development Block <br />Grant Funds <br />Attached is an Amendment to the Joint Cooperation Agreement With Ramsey County Housing <br />and Redevelopment Authority related to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Funds. <br />The Amendment provides that cities cannot sell, trade, or otherwise transfer all or any portion of <br />its CDBG Funds. This is not an issue of Little Canada. <br />Staff recommends that the Council approve the Amendment as proposed which ensures Little <br />Canada's continued participation in this process. <br />
