Hanson <br />Attached is a draft Purchase Agreement for the City's acquisition of 2801 Country Drive, The <br />purchase for this property is $100,000 subject to the purchase in "as is" condition. <br />Consequently, the City would be responsible for the sealing of any wells, etc. as a condition of <br />this purchase. The goal is to close on this property by June 3e, so that the City can obtain tax- <br />exempt status for this property beginning in 2016. <br />City staff recommends approval of the Purchase Agreement, subject to review and approval by <br />TCF as well as the City Attorney. <br />
