MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 26th day of <br />September, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator <br />City Attorney <br />City Planner <br />City Engineer <br />Cable TV Producer <br />City Clerk <br />MINUTES Mr. Montour introduced the following res <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Mr. Lee Elfering <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />elution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2007-9-23I -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE SEPTEMBER 12, 2007 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE SEPTEMBER 12, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by McGraw. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />ST. JUDE Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the following <br />MEDICAL - zoning actions for the St. Jude Medical expansion planned for the <br />COUNTY County Road B-2 East area: <br />ROAD B-2 EAST Rezoning from Public (P) to Planned Unit Development (PUD); <br />Development Stage PUD Permit for the expansion of St. Jude <br />Medical's existing office, research, and manufacturing campus; <br />Preliminary Plat; <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheet; <br />Development Program and Tax Increment Financing Plan. <br />
