MINUTES <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />SEPTEMBER 26, 2007 <br />Mr. Blesener introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2007-9-245 -INCREASING THE EMPLOYEE <br />CAP FOR MEDICAL & DENTAL FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT <br />WITHHOLDING TO $S,000ASRECOMMENDED BYCITYSTAFF <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />TENNIS The City Administrator reviewed Pay Request No. 1 fi•om Buck <br />COURT Blacktop in the amount of $68,413.30 for tennis and basketball <br />RECON- reconstruction at Spooner and Pioneer Parks. This will leave a balance <br />STRUCTION of $25,000 still owed Buck Blacktop. The Administrator noted that some <br />change orders were approved to the original bid and allow the use of <br />existing tennis net posts and repair ofpre-existing damage to some fence <br />and fence posts. These change orders will be written into the final pay <br />request. The Administrator also repoi•ced that the Park Consultant will be <br />submitting a letter relative to these change orders providing <br />documentation that the changes will not have the potential for negative <br />impacts to the project work. <br />Ms. Allan inri•oduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTIONN0.2007-9-246 -APPROVINGPAYREQUESTNO.1 <br />FOR B UCK BLACKTOP IN THE AMOUNT OF $68,413.30 FOR <br />WORK ON THE TENNIS AND BASKETBALL COURTS AT <br />SPOONER AND PIONEER PARKS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE <br />PARKS & RECREATIONDIRECTOR <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Montour. <br />Ayes (5). <br />Nays (0).
