MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 13, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 13th day of <br />December, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McGraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />Council Member <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />Ms. Barb Allan <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Ms. Shelly Rueckert <br />CITY The purpose of tonight's workshop meeting is to interview three <br />ATTORNEY of the firms that submitted proposals in response to the City's <br />INTERVIEWS Request for Proposals for legal services. A first set of interviews of <br />three firms was held on Monday, December 10, 2007. <br />Representatives of each firm were asked a standardized set of questions. <br />The firms interviewed are as follows: <br />Ratwick, Roszak & Maloney -Jay Squires & Joseph Langel; <br />Newquist & Herrick Law Offices -Carl Newquist, Gregg Herrick, <br />& Sarah Kimball; <br />Kelly & Fawcett -Patrick Kelly, Christine Swanson, & Trevor <br />Oliver. <br />There being no further business, the workshop meeting was adjourned at <br />8:45 p.m. <br />Wil iam Bleser~e , ayor <br />Attest: <br />Joe Hanson, City Administrator <br />
