MINUTES OF THE WORKSHOP MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 17, 2007 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a workshop meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 17th day of <br />December, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at <br />515 Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m, and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: <br />Mayor <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Council Member <br />Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Ms. Barb Allan <br />Mr. John Keis <br />Mr. Michael McCrraw <br />Mr. Rick Montour <br />ALSO PRESENT: <br />City Administrator <br />Finance Director <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />Ms. Shelly Rueckert <br />CITY The purpose of tonight's workshop meeting is to interview the firm <br />ATTORNEY of Sweeney, Borer, Sweeney relative to their proposal submitted in <br />INTERVIEW response to the City's Request for Proposals for legal services. Interviews <br />of a total of six other firms were held on Monday, December 10, 2007 and <br />Thursday, December 17, 2007. Representatives of each firm were asked a <br />standardized set of questions. <br />The Council then discussed the seven firms interviewed. After a lengthy <br />discussion, the consensus of the Council was to complete reference <br />checking and call for another meeting to discuss the issue in greater detail. <br />There being no further business, the workshop meeting was adjourned at <br />7:40 p.m. <br />WilWil ia~/ •; ayor <br />Atte C-________ <br />Joe Hanson, City Administrator <br />
