MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING CITY COUNCIL LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA NOVEMBER I4, 2007 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 14th day of November, 2007 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 Little Canada Road in said City. Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the following members of the City Council were present at roll call: CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Council Member Council Member Council Member Council Member Mr. Bill Blesener Ms. Barbara Allan Mr. John Keis Mr. Michael McGraw Mr. Rick Montour ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator City Attorney Cable TV Producer City Clerk Mr. Joel Hanson Mr. Tom Sweeney Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine Ms. Kathy Glanzer MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTIONNO. 200711-286 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF THE OCTOBER 23, 2007 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, THE OCTOBER 24, 2007 WORKSHOP COUNCIL MEETING, AND THE OCTOBER 24, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS SUBMITTED The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. Ayes (5). Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. WINTER Mayor Blesener announced that the City's winter parking ban went into PARHING effect November 151. The ban prohibits on-street parking between the BAN hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. from November IS` through April 15` PRIVATE Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the proposal of SCHOOL St John the Evangelist that the City allow the financing of the non- FACILITY religious portions of the renovation and equipping of, and consriuction PROJECT - of additions to, a school for kindergarten through 8`~' grade know as St. ST.
