Hanson <br />Mr. Tom Sweeney <br />Mr. Steve Grittman <br />Ms. Vanessa Van Alstine <br />Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />>lution and moved its adoption <br />RESOL UTION NO. 2007-2-42 -APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 14, 2007 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />FEBRUARYI4, 2007 CLOSED COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution adopted. <br />VARIANCE, Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the Variance to <br />REZONING, allow signage exceeding the total square footage as well as the maximum <br />CUP - number of signs allowed by the Zoning Code, Rezoning to either Auto <br />228 LITTLE Oriented Business District (B-2) or Comprehensive Business District <br />CANADA (B-4), and a Conditional Use Permit for the operation of a convenience <br />ROAD - store/motor fuel station in the B-4 Dishict for the Sinclair Station at 228 <br />SINCLAIR Little Canada Road. Blesener reviewed the recommendation of the <br />STATION City Planner and the Planning Commission relative to these applications. <br />
